cuppow mason jar drinking lid giveaway!!

I am so very excited to tell you about this weeks giveaway!  A few months ago, I was looking around the web for something that I could use to make our mason jars into sippy cups.  It is inevitable that at every meal, one of my little ones must spill their drink while we are at the table.  It is always a little frustrating and they end up feeling bad because of course they never mean to spill their water.  Sometimes it even spills into someone else’s food and well then we have to make a new plate.

IMG_6711IMG_6713 IMG_6717

I ordered a few of these amazing  Cuppow canning jar drinking lids.  They did the job marvelously but then I realized that I could use it for my own water bottle and we could use them for our tea (we don’t drink coffee).  So when I was given the opportunity to tell you all about them and give one away, I was over the moon.  They really are that cool.  No matter where I am with these, a mom or someone will see us drinking out of them and come up to ask what they are and where we got them.

So,  the awesome guys over at Cuppow are giving a away a Cuppow or your choice to one lucky blog reader. <EDIT!!  THEY HAVE NOW DECIDED TO LET ME PICK TWO WINNERS!!!  AND EACH ONE WILL RECEIVE A REGULAR AND WIDE MOUTH CUPPOW!!>  The best part of these are that they are not expensive at all at just $7.99 each and free shipping when you buy 4 or more.  I have already purchased 7 and they come in both wide mouth and regular and they have a whole which can fit every kind of straw.

I haven’t tried one yet but they also sell a cup which fits in the top of your jar to keep your salad dressing separate from your salad or your peanut butter away from the kids celery snack making it perfect for bento lunches.  Hmmm maybe that will be my next purchase 😉  There is a Pinterest page where people are posting how they use theirs.  Here is Olivia drinking her morning milk in hers.  You know the saying don’t cry over spilled milk?  Well, I think it’s OK to cry when precious raw milk is spilled but we can now avoid that situation.  Even Poppa uses them for his smoothies on the way to work.

  59. Stephanie MommyOf5 August 12, 2013 at 10:51 pm #

Ahhhhh!! I have been drooling over these online for weeks! I have 5 kiddos 5 years old and younger, and I have been searching for the perfect (hopefully inexpensive) way to convert our mason jars to sippt cups. We've been trying to live minimalstically, and we recently got rid of all our dishes except 1 glass/plate/bowl/flatware set per person. I tossed SO MANY sippy cups (I really had a problem) and kept 1 per child, but we really just want to have 1 mason jar for each member of the family. $7.99 is a great price for these lids, but its still a daunting figure when multiplied by 5. 🙁 I would absolutely LOVE to win this! 🙂

  60. Kelly August 11, 2013 at 11:22 pm #
