Trees bare, nippy air, huge piles of leaves to jump in have all been part of our daily fun in these past few days. Please allow me to bore you if these are quite commonplace to you. To us, they are all new and exciting and I can’t guarantee that this will be my last boring post. I have a feeling that this next year will be like that, a new year truly. Exciting and full of doubt and wonder. So much new to learn and do.
Yesterday it was snow. Not a lot but enough to cover everything for a good part of the day and allow my babies time to ooh and aah and oh, make snowballs. Thank goodness for good mittens is all I can say. A few hours of snowball making produced dozens of snowballs most of which are now living in my freezer, even heart shaped ones. I guess they can stay in the freezer until I need the space but it is hard not be accommodating to such requests.
Today, I am working inside putting together the pantry in our new kitchen. The pantry of my dreams really, a real food pantry in every sense of the word. More on that in a day or two, I can’t wait to see it myself and show you. I’ll be back tomorrow with the trip to get that pantry, all the way to Ohio. Yes, I supposed we are a bit off our rockers. See you then.
Hi there are using Wordppress for your blog platform?
I’m new to the blog woeld but I’m trying to get started and set
up my own. Do you need any html coding knowledge to
make your own blog? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Lovely post, as usual.
I have never seen snow, cause I live in a tropical country (although in the south sometimes it happens), so I totaly understand your excitement!
Ikea? Glad you and the children enjoyed the snow. Mine did as well even though they are native Ohioans!!
You got it Peggy 😉
Hope everyone is doing well with your new transition!
