Stash Bash – Knitted longies and hand painted yarn

I’ve never met a crafter without a stash of some kind. This year my goal is to use up all the craft supplies I have spent hand painted yarn from my last post.  In case you didn’t read it, it is Peace Fleece from my stash and I am working it into a new pair of longies for Matthew.  I love Peace Fleece for longies, they wear like iron and even though they feel rough and scratchy initially, after a wash it starts to get very soft and cozy and it doesn’t pill like some other wools.

Matthew is teething and has cut one tooth so far.  I can almost see the other one and the poor little guy has been very cranky.  His favorite teether is a cold carrot.

Here’s what to do. There are no rules. 
Just use what you have and try to not buy new supplies, unless you need it to complete a project that you are making from stuff you already have in your stash.

    I still love doing some yarn project and make some useful stuff like scarf and etc. And I'm sure you will successfully finish this project and I'm looking forward on its result.
