A wise crack in defense of our large family…

My son Nicholas has always been well… outspoken.  Seriously this child has come up with statements which adults would have to step back to make sure they heard them from a 3 or 4 year old.  Now that he is almost 13 years old, of course, the comments have grown with him.

I just heard him in the kitchen making a pretty funny remark to his sister.  Nicholas say:  Doesn’t it just burn you up when people come up to us and say “Hey you have enough kids to play baseball?”  It makes me want to say, “Hey you have enough kids to play… Golf!”.  I was laughing pretty hard.  He then said, that he knows people don’t mean anything by it but it just gets old.

So now you all know people, never walk up to a woman with alot of kids and make a remark like this one.  Oh and for my sake please never ask them if they have a TV either!!!

And the winner is…

Angela!!!

Angela said: This is exactly what my sister and I was talking about tonight. The water being so good. I have cancer/lupus/sarcoidosis and congestive heart failure. I am 47. My immune system is just not there at all. We are looking for things to try to boost me. I am having surgery soon to remove a brain tumor and want my body to be as ready as possible. Thank you for the recipes!

Congratulations to Angela,  please get in touch with me so you can pick the ferment of your choice.

Sorry for the delay everyone,  I have had two deaths to friends and parents of friends in the last 2 weeks and every spare moment went to work on the farm.
