Happy Birthday Livie Giveaway

Wow, I am sooooo exhausted right now!!!  Today started for me at 7 AM with a sale at my fave consignment store, fill a bag for $5.  Alex and I had a blast followed by a full day of party preparing and party fun.  I mentioned in my invitation to you all that I would have a give away for Livie’s birthday starting tonight.  I did not think the party in my yard would last from afternoon until night time so I was late to my party in the blogosphere and I am ready to fall into a bed….so quickly, I will post a few pics from today and share with you what I am going to be giving away for her birthday to one lucky bloggy friend.

Tomorrow, I will post all the pics from the party and will be posting a few tutorials to items I made for the party in the next two weeks.

and here is your gift from me to you (if you are the winner).  I love making these cute little moss covered cupcakes with tiny toadstool cupcake toppers so I am giving away a kit for your to make 6 cupcakes of your very own.  The kit will contain,  6 mini toadstool mushrooms, enough edible moss (I will be doing a tutorial on how to make this one) to cover 6 cupcakes and 6 cupcake liners.

You are invited…. and I must be crazy

Time is getting away from me.  I just realized that we are nearing the end of February and lent is upon us.  This is a problem because Livie has not had her party and there are only a few weekends left before lent (during which we do not have parties) and all but two of those weekends are taken.  That leaves this weekend and next.  I could not possibly get it together in less than a week so I will now take on the challenge of putting on Livie’s Garden in the Forrest, 2nd birthday party in 10 days and oh did I forget to mention I am sick in bed right now.  My tonsils are on fire and not responding to my cure all, raw honey or salt water gargles.  Anybody have any ideas.

Anyhoo… back to Livie’s party.  Without giving away too much I wanted to give you all some clues as to what I am planning. Think garden meets forrest, think vibrant pastels, think trees and moss.  Some other hints are fabric ribbons, roses, acorns, rainbows and twinkly lights and of course trees.  This is the reason that I wanted to wait until it was warm outside.
